Finish setting up your workspace, then learn the essentials. Most teams are fully live within a day.

Your workspace is set up. You can adjust your time zone, work week and industry any time in workspace settings.

Drop a pin on each site and set a radius. Clocknet confirms people are inside the geofence when they clock in.

Send email invites or share a join link. Each person can be an Employee, Manager or Admin.

Create a shift template: pick the days, start and end times, and who's on it. Clocknet flags late clock-ins and overtime automatically.

Scan the code to download Clocknet, or send your team to the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app on site and tap the big green button. You'll see the live timer start and a "Synced" confirmation.
